These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kinect Innovations LLC website, and your purchase of services, packages, and products from Kinect Innovations LLC ("Kinect Innovations," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Services & Bookings

We provide environment management services, including physical workspace optimization and technical infrastructure management, along with bundled packages and related maintenance products, as described on our Services, Packages, and Products pages. Listed prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at the time of checkout applies to your order.

2. Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide accurate service address and contact information and to provide reasonable access to the space for scheduled appointments. Kinect Innovations LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to inaccurate information, denied access, or unsafe site conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

Payment is due at the time of checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through the methods presented at checkout (including PayPal and supported debit/credit cards). By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked service or package at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. 5. Refunds

Service and package fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed. If we are unable to complete a booked service, or if a service was performed in a materially deficient manner, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you toward a resolution, which may include a re-service or partial/full refund at our discretion. Product purchases may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less any shipping costs.

6. Products

Product descriptions are provided in good faith; we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free. Products are intended for the general cleaning and maintenance purposes described and should be used according to any included manufacturer instructions.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Secure or disclose any fragile, valuable, hazardous, or sensitive items prior to a scheduled visit;
• Back up any electronic data before technical infrastructure work is performed;
• Disclose any known hazards (electrical, structural, environmental) at the service location.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinect Innovations LLC's total liability arising out of or related to any service, package, or product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service, package, or product. Kinect Innovations LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from our Services.

9. Insurance & Damage Claims

Kinect Innovations LLC maintains general liability insurance for our field operations. If you believe damage occurred as a result of our service, notify us within 48 hours of the appointment so we can investigate and address the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Kinect Innovations LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the security or operation of our website, or to submit false or fraudulent order or contact information.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hawaii, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
